The set of experimental verifications with two type AO modulators operating in Raman-Nath (hard flint cell) and Bragg (TeO2 cell) regimes have been performed. With use of the analogue third order polynomial RF synthesizer [2] there were obtained a rather good suppression of two-tone second-order intermodulations in space of the second order diffraction, as well as two-tone third-order spurious modes in space of the first order diffractionup to 15 dB at different conditions, in moderate accordance with theoretical calculations. The unified approach for enhancement of the SFDR in AO processors affected due to AO nonlinearities as well as RF amplifiers and etc. ones will be also considered.
